Launch a changemaker project via volunteering, backed by a strategic plan
Module 1: Discovering Personal Purpose
What you’ll explore:
Identifying and articulating your core values, vision and identity
Connecting “who you are” with “what you do”—versus simply doing what’s expected
Self-reflection tools: life-story mapping, values inventory, future visioning
Why it matters:
When your career path aligns with your inner purpose, motivation becomes resilient—not fleeting. Your leadership begins at the “why,” not the “what.”
Module 2: Sustainability & Responsible Leadership
What you’ll explore:
Leadership beyond titles: responsibility, long-term impact, and systems thinking
Understanding the “triple bottom line” — social, environmental, and economic value creation
Integrating CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance), and sustainability principles into everyday leadership
Translating global sustainability goals into local, actionable impact — how global frameworks like the UN SDGs connect to community realities
Exploring how responsible leadership drives both business performance and societal trust
Why it matters:
In today’s landscape, CSR, ESG, and sustainability are not just corporate functions — they’re career essentials. Whether you aim to grow within an organisation or build your own venture, understanding how to lead responsibly is a strategic advantage. Employers and investors alike expect leaders who can balance profit with purpose, governance with empathy, and innovation with accountability.
This module prepares you to think beyond short-term wins and lead with foresight, credibility, and integrity — the very qualities shaping the future of work and entrepreneurship.
Module 3: Stakeholder Sensitivity & Ethical Thinking
What you’ll explore:
Mapping stakeholders: identifying who matters, what they care about, potential tensions
Ethical dilemmas in real-world settings: case studies, role-play, discussion
Developing empathy-based decision-making: practical frameworks
Why it matters:
Leadership isn’t just directive—it’s relational. Being tuned in to stakeholder perspectives and ethical implications is what sets responsible leaders apart.
Module 4: Personal Brand Building
What you’ll explore:
Defining your authentic brand: values → voice → visual and digital identity
Building presence in the real world and online: platforms, storytelling, content strategy
Aligning personal brand with professional purpose and leadership goals
Why it matters:
In a competitive market, your differentiator is not just what you do—it’s who you are and how you present your story. When brand and purpose align, credibility and impact follow.
Module 5: Changemaker Action Plan
What you’ll explore:
Designing a project: from idea to execution—community, campus or other context
Linking volunteering experience to your broader leadership and brand goals
Metrics, sustainability, scale: how you turn a project into a platform for greater impact
Why it matters:
Theory without execution remains theory. This module ensures you don’t just learn—you act. And you learn through acting.
